Eligibility and accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.

Using the Services

  • Do not misuse the Services or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface we provide.
  • You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through the Services.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm.

Bookings, contracts, and communications

  • You control the booking and contract details you create and share with clients.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided to clients through the Services.
  • We are not a party to agreements between you and your clients.

Subscriptions and payments

  • If paid features are offered, fees and billing terms will be presented to you before purchase.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by us or required by law.

Intellectual property

  • The Services and all associated content are owned by MuaBiz or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
  • You grant us a limited license to host and display the content you upload solely to operate the Services.

Third-party services

  • The Services may integrate with third-party providers such as payment processors and authentication services.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuaBiz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to use the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold MuaBiz harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date.
